C9 Coupe restoration nears the finish line!

David Felderstein is in the final stretch of a complete, 1936 C9 coupe restoration. He purchased the car several years ago from a club member who had done some work on the car. It had even been featured on an Airflow Christmas card! But as he got into the project, it was much harder than he anticipated. The car is now nearing completion, and David hopes to have it on display at the June 19-24 ACA meet in Chico. Here are some photos of the coupe in its as-purchased condition in blue and its in-progress state in stone beige. Note woodgrained dash and trimmed wheels, just finished last week.
